How do I unlock my classroom?
Sign in, enter your name and course email, choose a plan, and request your private verification code. Enter the code here, then complete secure subscription checkout when enrollment opens. The academy checks your verified email and active subscription before releasing lessons, videos, exams or the PDF. Signing up alone does not create a paid subscription.
What does Core include?
Proposed Core pricing is $39 per month. The learning library includes 12 guided dispatch modules, three practice exams, two calculators, a launch toolkit, assignments and the 25-page course PDF while your subscription is active. Monthly case studies, a group Q&A and template updates are planned; dates and availability will be confirmed before sales open.
What does Plus include?
Proposed Plus pricing is $89 per month, with Core access plus planned group office hours twice a month, one monthly negotiation workshop and one worksheet review per month. Session times, capacity, submission instructions and feedback turnaround must be confirmed before purchase. One-to-one consulting is not included.
Can I join now?
Enrollment is being prepared. Automated email codes and checkout need to be activated before customer subscriptions can begin. No payment is collected by this signup form. Contact info@jbglobal-logistics.com for launch updates. Final prices and policies will be available before you pay.
Where do I find classes, videos and downloads?
Use Go to my classroom after verification and subscription confirmation. Your member desk brings together course modules, exams, calculators, assignments and the PDF download. Video lessons are marked pending until reviewed and published. Live classes will show confirmed dates and joining instructions when scheduled.
I did not receive a code. What should I do?
Check the spelling of your course email and look in Spam or Junk. Wait at least 90 seconds before requesting a replacement; a new request invalidates your previous code. Use the same signed-in account to confirm it. If the email service is unavailable, contact academy support. Never share your code with another person.
How do renewals and cancellation work?
Plans are intended to renew monthly at the recurring price shown at checkout until canceled. Once billing is active, use Manage or cancel subscription to view billing and cancellation options. Access depends on the current paid subscription status; scheduled cancellation ordinarily retains access through the paid period while it remains active. Final cancellation and refund policies must be published before sales open.
Can I share my code or membership?
Your verification code is private, expires after 30 minutes and works only once with the account that requested it. Member access is checked on the server. Do not share your account, course downloads or private class links. A previously downloaded file cannot be remotely removed from your device.
Will I earn six figures or receive a license?
There is no earnings, job, client or freight-rate guarantee. Lessons explain dispatch operations and practice business math; results depend on clients, expenses, capacity and market conditions. Completing the academy does not grant FMCSA authority or a government license.
Will signup add me to marketing emails?
